Léa Seydoux Revels in Unbridled Sexuality

Léa Seydoux, who stunned the Cannes Film Festival with her intimate portrayal of a young woman exploring her sexuality in French Film “La Vie d’Adèle,” exudes innocence in stunning nude photos for the July issue of Marie Claire France.

Seydoux, 27, starred with another French vixen, Adele Exarchopoulos, 19. They played young school girls who are going through a sexual awakening.

Seydoux’s character, Emma, who is 17, takes the younger woman, Adele, who is 15, under her wing at school and the two gradually fall in love.

Léa Seydoux’s Sensual Nudes

The film, directed by Abdellatif Kechiche, broke all kinds of conventions. It runs for more than three hours, which is unheard of outside art houses, and shows graphic sex between the two stars, including a grinding (literally) 12-minute sex scene.

“You realize the film has won your heart without ever really asking for it, and you leave the cinema utterly lovesick,” wrote Robbie Collin, a critic for London’s Daily Telegraph.

Seydoux was photographed by Paolo Roversi and styled by Martine de Menthon, with makeup by Sarai Fiszel. Franco Gobbi styled her blonde tousled hair. Check out her photos and videos below, including an interview and a trailer from the film.
