Lindsay Lohan’s next crash pad could be the county jail. A clearly agitated judge Marsha Revel revoked the hot mess’s probation, issued a warrant for her arrest and set an unusually high $100,000 bail. Is the Party Over?
Radaronline broke the news of the judge’s action today (May 20) in Los Angeles Superior Court.
LiLo lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tried to argue for a lower bail amount, but the judge agreed to Prosecutor Danette Meyers’ request for six-figures, which will require Lohan to put up at least $10,000 to stay out of jail.
“There is reason for the court to be concerned,” the judge said. “I warned her before, she knew it was very serious.”
Revel clearly threw the book at the 23-year-old actress — to the extent that she could — ordering drug and alcohol testing.
She also ordered the party girl to stop drinking alcohol, and to wear a SCRAM bracelet that detects alcohol use, according to the Web site. “Her actions in the past have not justified me having faith,” Judge Revel said.
“She has been late to court before,” a frustrated Judge Revel said as the proceeding unfolded. And she pointed out that Lindsay “had two charges of being under the influence of cocaine,” the judge said.
Lindsay’s attorney promised that the hot mess will report to the court late Friday, according to Radaronline.
